By accessing or using our website https://mypetstee.com (the “Site”), purchasing products from our online store, or otherwise engaging with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the Site.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Site or make a purchase.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site and place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. By placing an order, you represent that you are 18 or older, or that you have obtained parental or guardian consent if you are under 18.
3. Products
- Product Descriptions: We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications of our products. However, due to the nature of custom printing, we do not guarantee that the images on the shirts will always be error-free or perfectly aligned.
- Printing Quality: The graphic designs printed on your t-shirt may distort or fade over time, especially after washing or if scratched. The print is not guaranteed to last for the lifetime of the shirt. Fading may occur with frequent washing, exposure to sunlight, or friction, and we cannot be held responsible for this natural wear and tear.
- Availability: Products are subject to availability. In the event a product is out of stock, we will notify you and work to find a suitable alternative or process a refund.
4. Orders and Payments
- Order Process: To place an order, follow the checkout process on the Site. After submitting your order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirms that we have received your order, but does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment.
- Payment Methods: We accept payment through the following methods: Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, Woopay, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. By submitting your payment, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount for your order.
- Order Cancellations: Due to our use of drop-shipping services, once your order has been placed and production has begun, cancellations may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before completing the checkout process.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping Partner: We partner with Printful to fulfill and ship all orders. Shipping times are estimates provided by our shipping partner and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the product ordered, and external factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, postal service issues).
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee.
- Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your shipment.
6. No Returns, No Refunds, No Exchanges – All Sales Are Final
- All Sales Are Final: Once an order is placed, it is final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any reason, except in cases of product defects as outlined below.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact MyPetstee within 30 days of receiving your order. We will work with Printful, our fulfillment partner, to handle the return process according to their return policy for manufacturing defects.
- No Refunds: Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on any purchases, including for damaged or defective items, unless the product has a verified defect as per Printful’s policy.
- Sizing and Customization: Please note that we provide sizing charts and product descriptions to help you make an informed purchase. However, we are not responsible for incorrect size selection or design preferences once an order has been placed.
7. Printful’s Return Process for Defective Items
- Defective Product Handling: In the event that a product is defective due to manufacturing errors, Printful will handle the return and replacement process according to their policies. You must notify MyPetstee within 30 days of receiving the defective product, and we will initiate the process with Printful.
- Eligibility for Return/Replacement: Defective items must meet Printful’s criteria for returns, and you may be asked to provide photos or additional documentation of the defect.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, graphics, designs, and trademarks, are the property of MyPetsteeor its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site without our express permission.
9. Privacy and Data Collection
